BIOGRAPHY
I am a licensed
psychologist in the state of Texas. I received my Bachelor's degree
in Psychology from the University of Texas in Austin. I received my
Master's and Doctorate degrees in Clinical Psychology from the
California School of Professional Psychology in San Diego,
California. I completed my postdoctoral training at the Princeton
Evaluation and Treatment Service near Princeton, New Jersey.
I have received
training in evaluating and treating numerous psychological issues. I
treat clients of all ages: children (ages 1-12), adolescents (ages
13-18) and adults (including seniors). I see clients in individual,
marital, and family counseling and psychotherapy. I have a special
interest in treating marital issues, single adult issues, child and
adolescent issues, and issues related to anxiety, depression, and
stress.
I am a member of
several professional associations: the American Psychological
Association, the Texas Psychological Association, and the Dallas
Society for Psychoanalytic Psychology.
I have held positions of leadership
in a couple of local professional
associations, including being president of
the Dallas Society for Psychoanalytic
Psychology (2003-2004).
I am married, have
two children, and live in North Dallas.
